Where to find all coliseums in Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom lets you play a lot of roles.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom lets you play a lot of roles. Sometimes you’re a chef and sometimes a problem solver and sometimes a noble hero. Sometimes, you’re just a straight up brawler. Here is our guide telling you where to find all coliseums in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

As you explore the treacherous Depths, you will stumble across six coliseums. In these environments, you will typically face a series of encounters with a particular breed of enemy. Successive rounds feature a tougher variant than the previous one featured. As an example, you might fight a standard red Moblin, then a blue one, then a black one, then a silver one, and then all four variants together.

The enemy breed changes from one coliseum to the next. So does the reward. If you persevere, you’ll earn a different helmet, mask, or hood at each one. I’ve also found that you can warp out during a later round and then return to finish up the series without starting over, provided there hasn't been another Blood Moon.

Below are screenshots showing the location of all coliseums in the Depths, accompanied by notes outlining where to find each one, what enemy type you should expect to encounter, and what reward you will obtain.

Equip some armor with Heat Resistance and explore the northern portion of the Depths. If you head southwest from Katijabis Lightroot, you’ll find the coliseum in no time. Your enemies are Moblins, and they give up Zant's Helmet when you defeat them. See our full guide on where to find Zant's Helmet.

The Lightroot nearest to this coliseum is Sohse Lightroot, which means you’re in for a long and dangerous hike to its west. Once you reach the coliseum, you’ll face lethal Lizalfos enemies of various types. Your reward if you defeat them all is Ravio's Hood.

You’ll find this coliseum near the southwestern edge of the Depths. It's a very short walk west from Kasari Lightroot, which is a long walk west from East Gerudo Chasm. You need to enter through the coliseum's north opening, as the combat area is underground. Your enemies are various Horriblins, which give up Sheik's Mask when defeated.

This coliseum rests in an area of the Depths that you initially reach through Eventide Island Chasm. You can then activate the Ni-iraram Lightroot, which is nearby. Your enemies are various Bokoblins and your reward is Midna's Helmet. See our full guide on where to obtain Midna's Helmet.

Hike a bit northwest from Ramobnukas Lightroot to find this coliseum. There is a Lizalfos encampment on the way, and a trail of Mighty Bananas. Upon arriving, you will face a Black Hinox. Win that battle to receive the Korok Mask.

You won't find a more difficult coliseum than this one, which features a slew of Lynel enemies. It waits northeast of Mu-ustust Lightroot, which isn't too terribly far west from the Great Plateau North Chasm. Look for it near the north side of a large lake. If you defeat all of the Lynels, you obtain Majora's Mask. See our full guide on how to obtain Majora's Mask.

Before you attempt any of the coliseums, make sure you have prepared extensively. You should have powerful weaponry capable of inflicting elemental damage or breaking tough armor. Enemies here inflict gloom damage, so bring food that has been prepared with Sundelions as an active ingredient. These will be more challenging gauntlets than usual. However, the rewards make the effort worthwhile.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available for purchase from the Nintendo Store.
